I tried to avoid God and ministry the best I could, but after the enemy tried to take me out one too many times I knew that ultimate retaliation was to head straight for the Bible school I had so desperately been trying to avoid.

Once there, God dramatically got ahold of my life and I knew God has brought me there for a reason. I later married the boy I said I would never marry (sensing a theme with my life) and we have two wildly amazing and beautiful daughters.

I love event planning, Mexican food, Disney trips, a good historical fiction novel, baking competition shows, yoga, people who understand my sarcastic humor and thrifting items for my “Joanna Gaines wanna be” home.

I believe that God loves me enough to have made me unlike anyone else, and I hope to see more women believe that about themselves too. I am passionate about seeing women stop competing and comparing, and start celebrating each other and glorifying the God who made us.

I serve on the leadership team for HER Mvmt, which exists to see every woman move in her God given value, purpose and dreams. We are currently planning our second conference, HER Impact, for April 2020.
