Phil McNeill is a third generation pastor who moves strongly in personal Prophetic ministry. He has been pastoring Word of Life Christian Fellowship, since 1993 (www.wolcf.org). Phil was appointed to the Elim Fellowship Council of Elders in 2004 and has served in the role of General Secretary since 2015. Phil graduated from Northeastern Seminary at Roberts Wesleyan College with a Master of Divinity in 2009 and enjoys teaching the Prophetic Ministry class at Elim Bible Institute & College. Many times during the year, Phil is invited to minister in prophetic presbytery and preaching.  Also, Phil almost annually goes to different nations to minister with missionaries from Word of Life. Phil and his wife Sheryl have been married since 1991 and have four daughters (ranging in age from middle school to college) who genuinely love the Lord and serve in the local church.
