Josh Finley began preaching at the age of 15. Joshua’s passion is living a brilliant life that glorifies God and inspires people to reach their redemptive potential. He is regularly in awe of the opportunities God has provided him to serve leaders around the world as a coach, leadership teams as a consultant, and church families as a trusted communicator. There is a unique grace on his life for innovating established cultures with Kingdom values.
Joshua served nearly 15 years at Elim Gospel Church, a regional, multi-site church in Upstate, NY. After successfully navigating healthy leadership transitions with both his predecessor and his successor, he now serves at Freedom Church as the Pastor of Campus & Leadership Development. Joshua has been married for 18 years to Anna, the girl he’s had a crush on since he was nine. They are having a blast raising their two boys Judah and Jesse outside of Baltimore, Maryland.
