Eric W. Scott is a husband, father, grandfather, pastor, teacher, international speaker, author and coach. He is married to Deby his wife of 40 years. Eric holds a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership along with Graduate and Undergraduate degrees in Theology and Cross-cultural Studies. Eric and Deby have been serving together in ministry for over 30 years. They reside in Upstate New York and have 7 grown children.

“My true passion is to see the local church serve, care, pray, give and function to the ‘stature of fullness of Christ’ (Eph 4:12).” To that end we are available for personal coaching, marriage retreats, corporate vision casting, internal structure & organizational growth, as well as weekend/mid-week preaching or teaching. My book “Second Wind” is helping leaders all over the world envision and take action for the development of leaders, ministry expansion and next generation recruitment. These topics can be explored through Sunday messages, small group meetings or conference formats.
