W.I.L.L.O.W. stands for Worship, Intercession, Love, Loyalty, Obedience and Witness. The mission of W.I.L.L.O.W., The Women Ministries of Elim Fellowship is to worship Almighty God, the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and to assume our role as women in the responsibility and in the privilege of propagating the Gospel of Jesus Christ, on the local, community, and foreign levels. Founded in 1966, W.I.L.L.O.W.'s progressive vision continues: reaching out to the lost, fostering fellowship among the women of God, as well as nurturing and mentoring women and women in leadership. Our mission has expanded to cross national / international borders and denominational lines, seeking to touch the lives of women for Christ. A team of seasoned women in ministry serves to implement our ministry to women. These W.I.L.L.O.W. Representatives along with the W.I.L.L.O.W. Executive Committee serve within regions and areas throughout the United States, endeavoring to meet the growing needs of women. We desire to minister to the women of the world throughout the whole body of Christ. The following Core Values summarize the burden of our heart for carrying out the Lord's calling.
