T.I.N.E.’s Trust is an annual mentorship group.

Ernestine Johnson Wilkins, dearly known as Tine, was a cherished friend and woman in ministry. One of Elim’s notable women leaders, Tine served for over 25 years as an integral part of W.I.L.L.O.W., Women’s Ministries. Dedicated to the training of men and women for the ministry, Tine left a global legacy of grace and grit. Her greater passion was equipping women leaders to realize their full potential. Tine also modeled an essential principle for women called to the ministry—the vital need for women leaders to network together in life-building relationships. It is to this end that W.I.L.L.O.W., Women’s Ministries has established T.I.N.E.’s Trust, an annual mentorship group.

Train: Coaching by a team of proven men and women leaders.
Infuse: Instilling the Word, Godly character and the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Navigate: Guiding women leaders in strategic vision, seasons and ports of call.
Entry: Releasing empowered women to realize their ministries.

The mission of T.I.N.E.’s Trust is to empower women leaders for optimum and effective service within the local church, Para-church ministries and market place ministries. Elim Fellowship’s historic commitment and practice to train, credential and commission women for the ministry reaches into yet another generation of leaders. As today’s women leaders trek an undeniably unique pathway, we are resolved to strengthen them and their ministries.

T.I.N.E.’s Trust convenes twice a year in two, one-day mentorship tracks comprised of ten forums: five in the late spring in Lima, NY and five in the early fall in Owego, NY at a leadership convening. Each applicant must be reviewed for authentic leadership before acceptance into the annual mentorship group. Advance application is strongly encouraged as the annual mentorship group consists of only twenty. A certificate is awarded each mentee upon completion of T.I.N.E.’s Trust.
