  Leadership seminars equip and train leaders to help them reach their fullest potential.  Leadership seminars equip leaders with biblical truths that will serve them well as they fulfill God's call to accomplish His purposes. 

• Pastoral Coaching

  The challenges local pastors face can be overwhelming.  Harvest Preparation International Ministries has a team of seasoned pastors who have a wealth of knowledge and experience.  Pastoral couching brings effective advice and counsel, providing viable solutions for each challenge.  Our only agenda is to see local pastors and leaders succeed.  

• Local Church Seminars

Our apostolic ministry team of seasoned  leaders is graced to establish local churches in a variety of ways.  Church seminars are an effective way for church leadership to take advantage of the wisdom and grace that comes from seasoned leaders as they establish the ministries of the church.  Our seminars focus on every area of church development.

• Short-term Missions

The great commission is not an option. Every church vision should have a specific missions emphasis.  It is important that Short-term Missions is part of that vision.  Harvest Preparation International Ministries brings twenty years experience in helping churches develop their Short-term Mission vision.  As a result thousands of short-term missionaries have been sent by local churches.   These mission teams have been a blessing through doing construction projects, evangelistic outreach, medical missions, children's ministry and working with Christian schools and orphanages.

Operation Capital City is an affiliated ministry of Harvest Preparation International Ministry International. Accomplishing a vision given the heart of the founder and director, Pastor Carol Missik, of Living Word Church in Hermitage, PA.  Going to pray and  intercede for a nation, in the capital city of each state.

Wordtunes brings people to the Word of God in creative ways, and gives them tools to enjoy the scriptures. We also help you 'pay attention to the public reading (singing, expressing) of scripture.

Yup! It is a strange name; Enrolled w/ Tyrannus; but it captures my heart and imagination. I'm sure you remember when the Apostle first visited Ephesus (Acts 19) Tyrannus opened the resource of his life to the ministry he saw in Paul’s life. Paul could no longer continue in the synagogue, but Tyrannus knew that Paul’s ministry must continue to thrive.

And so……Julie and I must open the resources of our lives to encourage the lives of those men and women; whose ministries must continue to thrive.

Pastors and their leaders. Their ministries must thrive.

Christian leaders in the marketplace. Business men and women; Those who serve in government positions; Educators in the public forum (from elementary schools through universities). We long to build-up those who are carrying an impact in this culture.

“Emerging Leaders.” We have discovered several venues that are targeting the younger (20 & 30 somethings) as they emerge in the Kingdom.

By God’s grace we will stand in the assembly. Exhorting the Church to a Missional mindset; to a Glocal vision. To see the saints equipped for the work of ministry. Equipped to engage the culture they are in with the compelling reality of Christ and HIS Kingdom’s advance.

We will call out to Men. Men who will reject passivity, embrace their responsibilities, lead courageously, and expect the greater reward....Authentic and godly men.

We will travel to leaders in other cultures. Leaders who do not have ready access to on-going training. Leaders who God has raised up in war-torn nations; nations of severe poverty; nations stifled by corrupt governments. We will not take from them but we will give and give and give until we are spent. We will open HIS Word with them and our hearts and lives to them.
