Generation Support Team (GST) Vision |
 |
 |
|
Through supporting, equipping, networking, and developing, our vision is to see a worldwide network of strong youth ministers building strong youth ministries with a global vision.
Our four points of vision can be summarized with the acronym S E N D:
Supporting
Through relationships with youth leaders worldwide, GST desires to serve and strengthen youth leaders through prayer, encouragement, communication, interaction, and connection.
Equipping
Through international, national, and regional events, GST desires to equip and empower youth leaders and their youth to fulfill their God-given destinies in Christ in their generation.
Networking
Through communication, relationship, and co-laboring in ministry, GST desires to unite the youth leaders of Elim (and others with the same heart) to create a worldwide family and army that will not be defeated.
Developing
Through developing international and domestic opportunities to serve in ministry, GST desires to mobilize an army of radical young men and women of God to fulfill the Great Commission.
How will we accomplish the vision?
1. Annual national and international youth conferences
2. Annual national and international youth leader retreats
3. EF May Leadership Conference: youth leader support track
4. Supporting regional spring retreats and summer camps
5. EF youth website
6. Creating and publishing equipping materials (newsletters, CDs, and books)
7. Annual short-term youth mission trips
