 Mark Scorsone - Elim Fellowship Director of Youth Ministries
Mark is the Director of Youth Ministries for Elim Fellowship which host Elim Fellowship’s National Youth & Young Adult Conference SATURATE, and the Youth Leader’s Summit. He has been involved in youth ministry for the past 23 years where he served as Youth Pastor in Michigan, Florida and New York. His passion is to see this Generation have an encounter with Jesus like never before, and to go farther into the things of God. Mark’s travel allows him to connect and build relationship with many youth leaders as he desires to support and network with them in their region as they serve this Generation. Mark has been married to his wife Katie since September 2002 and lives in Lima, New York with their 2 maricle boy's Kyle and Josiah.
 Jeff Clark - Elder Representative - GST Advisory Board
Jeff Clark became the President of Elim Bible Institute in June of 2006, after serving in a number of capacities at the school since 1996. Jeff & his wife Nancy and their 3 daughters came to Elim after spending many years as a family planting and pastoring churches, and developing workers and leaders for harvest ministry in the local church. Jeff studied at International Bible College, San Antonio, TX and is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute. He received a master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from Regent University, VA in 2006.
Jeff's burden and vision for Elim is to continue to see the Lord's Prayer answered, "That the Lord of harvest would send forth laborers into His harvest." Jeff was appointed to the Council of Elders in 1999. Jeff and his wife, Nancy, have three daughters.
 Pastor Josh Finley - GST Advisory Board
Pastor Joshua Finley began preaching the good news of Jesus Christ at the age of 15, while on a missions trip to the Dominican Republic - and he hasn’t stopped since! Pastor Joshua has a genuine love for people and a deep desire to make both a local and a global impact for the Kingdom of God. In December 2008 he was installed as the Lead Pastor at Elim Gospel Church, Lima, NY, after five years serving there as Generations Pastor. His ability to communicate with clarity and relevance has opened doors of ministry to him which far surpass his years. Pastor Joshua and his wife, Anna, both graduates of Elim Bible Institute, live in Lima with their two young sons, Judah and Jesse.
 Derek Levendusky - GST Advisory Board
Derek Joseph (Levendusky), the lead singer of Isaiah Six, a band with an international impact, founded the band in 1998. A husband, father, author of three books, artist, and evangelist, he is a herald of the grace of God and carries a passion to see an army of youth that have "been with Jesus" reach the world for Christ.
He has served as a foreign missionary to East Africa , a local church worship leader and a youth pastor, and is presently spearheading a vision to reach cities through events called Redemption Youth Crusades.  Todd Cavanaugh - GST Administration Board
Todd Cavanaugh is the Executive Director of BASIC College Ministries, an organization that works with local churches to help them develop vibrant and relevant ministries to disciple college students. After living on a public college campus for years, Todd developed a passion to see students’ lives transformed by Christ.
He now travels extensively speaking in the Northeast and organizes large conferences for students. He graduated with an MBA from the Rochester Institute of Technology and currently resides in Lima, NY.
 Laurie Crowley - GST Administration Board
Laurie’s life is marked by energy, passion and commitment to the cause of Christ. She is a 2001 graduate of Elim Bible Institute and currently serves as the Youth Pastor of New Testament Christian Church in Rochester, NY. Laurie is actively involved in the local public school system where she coaches basketball, volleyball and lacrosse. She also serves on the board of directors for Camp Shiloh; travels and speaks at both adult and youth gatherings; has taught abstinence courses in several local public schools; and is a state mentor for Doug Field’s Purpose Driven Youth Ministry Community. Laurie’s desire is to encourage and equip this generation to obtain all that God has for them. Her enthusiasm and ability to connect with young people are unquestionably her greatest attributes.
 Seth Goodson - GST Administration Board
A gifted and enthusiastic communicator, Seth Goodson transitioned from Children's Pastor to Youth Pastor at Elim Gospel Church, Lima, NY. He continues to oversee KidzExpress, EGC’s dynamic children’s ministry, and its new director.
Seth is passionate about seeing kids experience Christ’s transforming love. and says, "I want them to grasp how wide and deep it is - empowering them to love God, themselves and others."
Seth is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute and lives in East Avon, NY with his wife, Tarah, and their two daughters, Jericho and Haven.
 Mike Wing - GST Administration Board
Mike is the Youth Pastor at Lockport Christian Church. He has been in ministry for the last 7 years. His passion is to help others see their full potential and rightful place in the kingdom of God, and to spread God's love wherever he goes. He enjoys communicating the Word of God in a practical way where people can easily apply it to their lives. He and his wife Amber live in Lockport, NY with their son Abram.
 Michael Kim - GST Administration Board
Mike Kim is a pastor, worship leader, and songwriter. For over 15 years he has ministered extensively in leading corporate worship, preaching, and training other worship ministries as well as partnering with and pastoring in the local church. Spirit-led and highly congregational, many of Mike’s songs are being used around the world. He founded Generation Holy Ministries (generationholy.com) to carry his vision to equip and empower all generations through worship and life-transforming truth. Mike and his wife Iris reside in Manchester, CT where he also serves as worship pastor at Church of the Living God (clgonline.net).
