Almost a month ago 150 leader's of this generation gathered in the Teen Wing of Elim Gospel Church to receive from God for ourselves, our ministries and to seek God for this generation as a whole.  The room was filled with Youth Leader veterans who have been doing Youth Ministry for years to rookies who were still wet behind the ears.  It didn't matter who was in the room as God came and hit between the eyes with His presence.  Friday night's meeting opened with a powerful time of worship with Mike Kim and a incredible challenge by Andres' Spyker on the 2 wines, the wine of the anointing, and the wine of Jesus and which one will we be intoxicated with!  What a powerful word that impacted my heart.  As I got up to close the meeting I shared with everyone that I felt like I just had a Spiritual concussion!  Saturday picked up right where we left off on Friday night.  Pastor Chris Ball, also our General Secretary for the Fellowship, rang the bell with some great practical teaching on leadership in the morning.  We had some great workshops in the afternoon before Andres' finished up.  As I look back at the Summit I am in awe of what God did not only in my heart but the hearts of those who attended.  It's such an honor to serve with these leaders and link arms with them.  As I looked around the room that weekend I couldn't help but think how nervous the enemy must be about these leaders… and very nervous about was happening!

The Summit is always the highlight of my year.  When we all get together to connect, hear from Dad and get encouraged.  I have had so many great responses from many of you about what Dad did that weekend, I really couldn't have asked for it to go any better.  As always it is a privilege to serve you as you minister to this Generation.
