The New England Regional Director

Dr. Dave Mullen has served as Senior Pastor of Church of the Living God (CLG) in Manchester, Connecticut for 24 years since planting it in 1983. CLG is known for its passion for worship, revival and reaching the nations. The church has sent out over 600 people on short-term missions in the past twelve years. Pastor Dave and his wife, Marsha, both graduates of Elim Bible Institute, were married in 1978 and have three daughters.

The New York City Regionial Director

Robert (Bob) Lester had served as an Associate Pastor at St. James Church in Franklin Square, New York prior to becoming Regional Director. Bob's desire is to see Elim Fellowship in Metro New York grow and have an impact by helping Elim pastors becomes better shepherds to their churches and communities. Bob and his wife Pam have been married for 28 years and have two daughters, Stacie and Kathryn.

The New York State Western Regional Director

Pastor Phil has served as Senior Pastor of Word of Life Christian Fellowship in Henrietta for over 15 years. He is currently an Elder of Elim Fellowship and has served in various roles including several years as Area Rep of the Rochester Area. He is selflessly devoted to the Lord and to the ministry field He has assigned. Phil currently resides in Pittsford, NY and he and his wife, Sheryl, have four beautiful daughters.

The  Mid-West Regional Director

Jonathan Waters is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute, class of 1985. He was also married that same year to Phyllis, who he met while they were students at EBI. They have a daughter, Taylor and a son Daniel. Pastor Jon has been in ministry over 20 years. He currently is the Senior Pastor of River of God Community Church, which he planted in 1999. River of God Community Church is located in Romeo, Michigan which is located 30 miles North of Detroit. Pastor Jon has a tremendous heart for worship and a desire to see men and women passionately run after the Lord. He also loves to encourage leaders and Pastors as they co-labor with Jesus to equip the Body of Christ to impact the Kingdom of God. Elim Fellowship Mid-West is made up of 4 States; Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois. With over 50 credential holders spread out over 4 states the challenge is to keep connected. The main concentration of credential holders is located in Southeast Michigan. We currently have 3 area representatives; Pastor Joel Traylor – Ohio, Pastor Terry Johnson – Eastern Michigan and Indiana, Pastor Don Hadley – Western Michigan and the Upper Peninsula and the Regional Director, Pastor Jon Waters, cares for Illinois. Because the area we cover is so large we are always trying new ways to be relational. We may not see each credential holder during our second Monday of the month meeting, but through email, phone calls, and the occasional visit we do the best we can to keep in touch. We highly recommend connecting each year at the Annual Leadership Conference held in May at Elim in Lima, New York. The New York State Eastern and New York State Central Regional Director

Joe Jansen has a heart to see people discover and grow into their maximum potential in Christ. By employing a motivational and humorous style, he challenges audiences to embrace this principle of personal transformation. Refusing, however, to limit his passion for transformation to the four walls of his church, he extends this vision into the surrounding community. As an active member on numerous business committees, religious boards and non-profit agencies, Joe brings his message to the community through principled, God-centered advice and leadership

Joe holds credentials with Elim Fellowship in which he also serves as an Area and Regional Representative. He received his B.A. from SUNY Oswego and later attended Elim Bible Institute. Joe and his wife Joann have been married for 23 years, and together they have pastored New Life Church in Herkimer, New York for over 14 years. They have three beautiful children.
